HOA Rules in Wichita-Area Subdivisions
Where covenants restrict what door you can put on.
The newer east and west subdivisions - Tallgrass, Willowbend, Reflection Ridge, Auburn Hills and similar - commonly carry covenants covering exterior appearance, and garage doors fall under that. Colour, panel style and whether windows are permitted are the usual restrictions. Check before ordering rather than after, because a door is not a returnable item once it is made to size. Eastborough, being separately incorporated, has its own arrangements.
