Brands we service in the Wichita Metro

Brand matters more than people expect. It decides which parts are stocked locally, whether a logic board is worth replacing or the whole opener should be swapped, and whether a manufacturer warranty is still live. If you do not know the brand, it is usually printed on the opener motor housing or inside the top panel of the door.

LiftMaster

The most common opener we service in newer Wichita subdivisions. Logic boards and the safety-eye wiring are the usual failure points; parts are widely stocked.

Chamberlain

Mechanically close to LiftMaster and shares many parts. Consumer-line units on 2005–2015 builds are the cohort failing now.

Genie

Screw-drive and belt-drive units are both common here. Screw drives dislike Kansas temperature swings and need lubrication far more often than owners expect.

Clopay

One of the most widely installed door brands in the metro. Section replacement is usually straightforward because panel profiles stay in production a long time.

Amarr

Common on builder-grade installs across Derby, Maize and Andover. Hardware is serviceable and sections are generally available.

Wayne Dalton

Notable for the TorqueMaster spring system, which sits inside a tube and fails differently from a standard torsion spring — it needs a tech who has seen one before.
